Hi all,

I use 1 Netro Spark with 2 Whisperer sensors.

All devices are added to the app and i can see in the app.

In the app I can open by dropdown on top the Spark OR the Sensors. When i open there the Spark and go to setup, then i can can see the entry sensor, but the i can not add the sensors i have. 

I want to connect the sensors to the spark and the spark should Start the watering in relation to the real condition measured from the sensors. 

But how to connect the Whisperer to the Zones?

Hi, what causes this and any suggestions to resolve?

I have unplugged it and plugged it back in. Still does it. 

How do I change the date format from American? In Australia we use the following format: DD/MM/YYYY. Shouldn't the app be set to read the default setting of the phone?

Once you have programs setup to do your watering, you hardly ever get into this app unless you need to stop watering, change the program, or test a zone with a broken/fixed head. My biggest complaint about this app is that when I need to stop watering for the day (for various reasons), I have to remember how to do that in the Netro app, and fumble through menu after menu to figure it out, because I do not use it every day. I just want to stop the dang watering for the day. There needs to be a button right on the first page that comes up to stop or suspend all watering schedules for the day. I told Moen if they put that in there app, I will switch in a heart beat. Giving you the opportunity to keep a customer and put into your app.

In Perth Australia, we disable reticulation in winter, sure to winter rains.

In some cases, I've needed manual water parts of the garden sure to warm weather and lack of rain.

In order to do so currently, I need to set the system to enabled,  perform a manual run, and then remember to disable the system again. Sometimes I forget to do the last bit.

Can we allow for manual run without needing to enable the system?

Netro app won't open... It opens then closes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Cleared data. App still won't open. I only have access throughout the beta web app

Hi the current app shows the toy water consumption but the starting month is always the current month and what it makes sense is to see you from January to December 

I’ve set all zones to eco mode…but one zone keeps calculating to irrigate for 40-50 mins every 7days which doesn’t sound like ecomode to me. Also it seems to be the reason why our water bill shot up.

How can I fix this?

Hi, i’ve setted two preferred time ranges for the programs. But smart app is not considering that. What is my fault? Thanks

Je ne peux pas installer mon capteur de plante parce que lors de l’installation je ne peux pas choisir la France l’application ne reconnaît que les états Unis.

Why can't you skip less than two rain days if today is included? I have tried everything to do just one and have failed. I cannot enter include today and zero days. If I enter include today and one day, today and tomorrow are rain days.

My scheduled watering starts at 7AM. Since we had rains for the past two days, the API apparently senses the moistures in the soil and stops watering as scheduled.  Today I monitired Netro showing zone-1 was ON. I looked outside and didn't see the zone watering!  I then went to the basement and listened for water flowing in the pipies. No noise!

I concluded that NETRO still shows scheduled watering, but the vales to all Zones are shutoff!!!?  This is a sofware bug and needs to be fixed?!

I can't set ICARPI46 (or any) WU station ID as my weather provider, there is a bug?

While I was doing some tests with my installation (Sprite-6), I received a notification warning me of a "load error". It happened while I was manual-watering ant the water supply valve was shut. I found it very useful. Now, two questions arise:

(a) I never found the above notification in the "Notifications" section of my account. Wouldn´t it be expected there?;

(b) Is it possible to know the list of notifications that the system can send to the user, so that one could know the system better and prepare strategies if needed? 

Evereyday I am happier with my Sprite. I find it to be a top system. Congratulations to the team!

At some places in the Netro App and in the website (like in the program edition screen) somebody translated the english word "Back" (the caption in the button you use to go back to the previous screen) to the spanish word "Espalda".

That is absolutely wrong, in spanish "Espalda" refers only to the anatomic back side of the human body.

You should use instead the words "Retroceder" or "Atrás", both mean to go back or to undo something.

Why netro smart is doing watering repeated in the same day until 4 times?

In the whisperers manual it says it will show up in the weather section but I don't see it. Anyone else have this issue?
