I have some concerne about the time range. I set the Smart schedule to water just from 5am to 10am. But the Smart program seems to override this control. How can i ensure it would be respected? 

Could you please advise me on how to determine the specific requirements of my rose bush? While I have access to the data, I find it challenging to apply it without knowing the ideal conditions for my particular rose.

Hello, I have 5 sprite-type irrigation controller units installed. In one of them, the irrigation stops after approximately 14 seconds on all channels, although it still appears as watering in the status. We have measured the electrical resistance and it is normal.

I have 3 Whisper gen 2 sensors 2 have firmware 3.1.1 and one has firmware 3.1.5. How do I update the firmware on these devices?

I would like to add a GEN 2 whisper to my Spark system because I cannot seem to rely on any of my three weather stations to provide accurate rainfall. I obviously don’t want to rely on a single sensor to determine the moisture level in my entire lawn, so can I add multiple to a zone and have Netro average it per zone?

I have some basic programs to water.  At the same time smartwater is enabled on zones?  

It seems the programs run - but smart water does not control the duration 

Is there a way to specify when watering evens should start but let the smart water control duration?

1. How can I set an irrigation schedule without WiFi? I have a rental house that is not occupied ( no Internet service) , but I would like to create an irrigation schedule. I app allows me to connect for test run, but not to set new schedule. 

Having problems getting it to connect to wifi?  Trying everything I can think of? Help???

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.

How do I add a second user ( second phone) to our system?

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

Is there a way to replace the light?
