Have a whisperer working fine.

As the battery of my second one could not be charged (even by cable) bought a new one.

The new whisperer is blinking white, the phone, the router and the new whisperer are within 3ft of each other.

Nothing happens on the appli, see only the existing whisperer not the new one.

What should I do ?

I  bought a new Pixie and I connects with my router, it does not connect to the internet. The suggestions in the directions do not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

Just got a Pixie for my balcony drip system (used to have a Gardena un-smart controller). As soon as I installed it, water was running through it! Why is not off by default and why isn’t there a simple start/stop button on the app (in case of emergency)? I don’t want my neighbors underneath complaining it’s dripping water all over the place because of an issue with the smart watering system that couldn’t be easily stopped!

I would like to ask for advice on how to improve the water pressure for my Netro Pixie irrigation timer.

Here are the details of my setup:

• The water is stored in a cistern with a capacity of one cubic meter (1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter), equivalent to 1,000 liters.
• The Netro Pixie smart timer is installed three meters below the tap of the cistern.
• When the timer opens, only a small amount of water flows out.

How can I improve the water output and quantity? Are there any adjustments or solutions you would recommend?

Our landscaper installed a 4 zone sprinkler system and put a garden bib on zone 4 with a faucet Is there a way I could keep zone 4 on all the time so the faucet can work all all times?

I can’t connect to my irrigation controller through my desktop computer, or the Netro App.  Are you guys having server problems today 4/27/25?  

The same thing happens to me too. No irrigation today... 04/27/2025 Netro does not connect... it says it is watering in manual mode, then I go to check and nothing happens! No water comes out of any station, I tried to reset but to no avail. If I try the tester the irrigation starts but if I try with the manual it says it is watering but that is not true. I checked the Wi-Fi and it is fine.

When I try to set the trigger for a moisture level in IFTTT, it does not give me the option to choose at what moisture % I want the trigger to run.  How do I set the trigger for a specific %?

It only gives me the option for account, device, and zone.

Hi I live in the uk and have chalk under a few inch’s of soil what setting on soil types is it most close to with you soil types and what the best weather options you have for uk weather

Dark mode and font size (especially a problem with charts) are two things that were going to be addressed a few years ago. Could I please get a current status on when dark mode will be available and when font size, or at least the ability to zoom the app screen will be available? Turning on the Apple magnifier, or having to take a screenshot and then zoom that so that you can read data is very inconvenient.

I have three zones with Whisperer 2 devices that have been installed for some time. It to skip watering above 90% and water extra at 60%. Soil moisture is currently at 56% and to says it isn't going to wTer again for like 40 hours. What's up with that? There is only a 38% chance of rain, and that is .1 inches so that can't be it.

I have my netro sprite with green light showing connected.

Nonetheless, when executing the programs it shows "connection problems". When I try to run the programs manually, it keeps "connecting..." but does not open the valves so that it waters.

I have removed and reset the connection with the network, it becomes green again, but it still not work.

I have also reviewed the electrical connections on the valves, and they are ok.

I have also tested opening the valves manually, they open and water normally.

the only problem is when executing electronically... it keeps "connecting...." and does nothing.

Question in subject title

Hi everyone,

I tried to conect 24v and 9v  valve to ny Netro 6 zone system. It seems dont work... I heard a noise near evry valve when turnd on (on manual mode) but water doesn't com up... Just a 9v valve can open just for few second... Water comes up... But after this tine... Water stop to come.

In the pictures show a 2 model used (24 and 9v)
