Having problems getting it to connect to wifi?  Trying everything I can think of? Help???

When I try to set the trigger for a moisture level in IFTTT, it does not give me the option to choose at what moisture % I want the trigger to run.  How do I set the trigger for a specific %?

It only gives me the option for account, device, and zone.

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?

Hi I live in the uk and have chalk under a few inch’s of soil what setting on soil types is it most close to with you soil types and what the best weather options you have for uk weather

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

Any reason why the system sometimes skip zones and not water them. I have 3 sensors and they all reading the same moisture across all 9 zones, that’s why I’m confuse into why sometimes decide to skip zones. 

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.

I have bougth a Netro sprinkler w/o adaptor for an offer on Amazon IT.

Unfotunately i though a 24Dc adaptor would be OK but valves don't turn off while using program and manual irrigation too.

Point is that it is very hard to find an Ac Adapter 24V in our country.

Could you please help to find some place where to retrieve one?

For some time the system worked perfect. Now I  have two sections that don't work. It turns out that the signal to activate the valve is too short. When I  put a meter on it and then activate the valve the meter jumps to 28v for about one second then drops to zero before the valve can move. Conversely the one that works stays at 28v for much longer. I have rebooted and reset the system.  Any ideas?

My controller has been out almost a month. I have factory reset, short reset uninstalled app, and unplugged it. No matter what I do, i cannot get past the connect to netro wifi step. I need to blow out my sprinklers and I cannot get my device to work to manually run them. It will say its connected and do the spinning wait thing, then suddenly tell me to connect to the netro internet again. When I go to do it again it says no internet connection. Please help me. I sent an email from my email as the registered user (husband) is deployed in the middle east. Please look for an email from "kimbo__@"
