My Sprite 6 lose connection.... But if i power off end poewr on again  connection is Perfect....

Manual run not available in version 3.0.1

My Netro app got updated to version 3.0.1 and after that I don’t see manual run option for each zone Home Screen. My wife’s phone has version 2.5.3 and manual run option is there. 
Any reason it has been disabled in newer version? This option is very helpful  and we use it all the times. Please help me as I need to test my Sprikler system and fix/adjust  heads.

Pixie in constant “sleeping” mode

Trying to manually operate Pixie via the Netro app. cannot get out of sleeping mode.   Time/duration field says; “pending”   Never exits that mode.    I tried on/off 10 times as I read in another reply and that did not resolve.   Removing and reinstalling battery unit did not resolve.  Help!

Ap not showing when zones are on

Hi...stations Turn on when scheduled but ap does not show when a station is on. Ap does show after the fact that the zone ran but not in real time. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the ap but no change. Any help?

Whisperers not sending data

Hi there none of the whisperers are sending data. 

I do not see any data of moisture, sun light, temperature etc.

I have changed to a recurrence of 1 hour to send the data.

Restriction times not validating correctly

As you can see, in the app if I try to adjust my existing restriction to start at 7:05am instead of 7:20am, it will not let me make the change because it says the start time must be before the end time (which it is).

Flow rate

I got 2 zones of 2 Rainbird 5004plus Rotors irrigating the same 90m2 as water flow was not enough to have the 4 rotor heads working at the same time. As mi experience the automatic programs do not successfully work, I would like to try a more controlled approach in specifying the flow rate in the Smart program. But, what value do I have to put there for each of the 2 zones? I saw on rain birds webpage, the 5004 nozzle 1.5 and 4psi, have a flow rate of 7-8mm/h…but the app does not let me select below the 10mm unfortunately. Can you pleas say what number I have to fill-out for those 2 5004 rotor heads?

It says it sleeping

But the water is still running, I was testing it with manual and it just says “pending” under manual and never shuts off. There is a check mark on “sleeping” but it obviously is not sleeping.

Problem Sprite 6

hi, I have a problem, my Sprite 6 was Offline, I tried to do a quick reset, nothing!  i did a total reset.  After configuration, the white light is on steady, but I don't have the system in my app.  I tried to do the total reset, but the light does not flash and I no longer see the wifi of the Sprite.  what can I do?

Netro pixie in standby

Whisper sensor

I some how added my "garden 1 sensor" under my water barrel. Is there a way to move garden 1 with the rest of my sensors? Thanks. Also garden 3 light doesn't seem to be working.

I just can't figure out this interface or scheduling or even how to turn the zones on or off.   It just seems too complex for a simple task.   Is there a guide or something?

My wifi only seems to work when my phone is within 10 feet of pixie. Any advice to fix this.

currently I have a rain bird 4 station device without wifi which gives me satisfaction but unfortunately without wifi zpres research on the internet your device interests me and I want to have some explanation

 - does the device work and trigger the irrigation program in case of wifi failure

 -Does the device back up program data in the event of a power outage?

 - does the humidity sensor come with the device i no where can i buy it

Hicimos la instalación tal como figura el manual pero ni las electroválvulas ni la bomba de agua enciende cuando programó el riego. La app dice q está regando pero no funciona el riego.

Pixie Not Charging Sufficiently

Good Afternoon Everyone,


My Pixie is having issues charging via solar. I live in San Diego, CA and my backyard is not shaded; the device gets at least 8-9 hours of sunlight per day, but that only yields about 8-10% battery. I have it set to check in every 4 hours. So it shouldn’t be burning through the battery too much, and the problem started only about a two months ago.

whisperer off almost 1 month

seems that whisperer didnt collect data for almost one month!!, this is due to battery? we are in winter but it’s installed on a sunny place!! and app did no send alerts when this happens!!?
